Moon Ring

This simple ring has a texture that has been created by heating the silver to boiling point, making this lovely surface that is reminiscent of the moon.  Hence the name.  A classic ring that is edgy, tactile and beautiful.  A uniquely handmade item which also captures the romance of the moon.  I learned this interesting technique of silversmithing in Birmingham Jewellery Quarter in the UK where I trained.  The ring is 9mm wide. Made from Sterling Silver.
