Moonrock Necklace

This simple necklace has a sliding, sterling silver textured pebble.  It has been created by heating the silver pebble to boiling point making this lovely texture that is reminiscent of the moon.  Tactile and beautiful, this is a unique handmade item.  I learned this technique of silver smithing in Birmingham jewellery quarter in the UK.  This necklace is 41cm long and the little pebble sits at the top of the collar bone.  Great for layering or on it's own.
